Production Times

Once we receive your order, allow about 2 weeks for your piece to be carefully crafted. Everything is made-to-order, so yours is the only one exactly like it and that takes a little more time. We aim for less than a week, but quality is the priority and we won’t ship until everything is just right. If it’s a big order or you have something really special in mind, you’ll be provided with a timeline shortly after check-out.

Shipping

We ship using USPS Ground, but offer Priority and Priority Express for those items that need to get there more quickly.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking number for your order once it has shipped. Allow a day or so for it to show up in the USPS system, but usually your package is already well on its way by then.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me within 3 days of delivery. We can decide what the best course of action will be once we know the nature of the issue.

Because of the nature of Custom/Personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we generally don’t accept returns or refunds.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
